48. Int. ADAC Autocross Europameisterschaftslauf Seelow
(16.03.2021)Der Vorstand des Motorsportclub Seelow e.V. im ADAC hat beschlossen, den FIA Autocross Europameisterschaftslauf am 15./16.05 2021 in Seelow abzusagen.
Nach eingehender Einschätzung der pandemischen Lage deutschland- und europaweit halten wir eine Durchführung auch im Mai 2021 für unrealistisch. Großveranstaltungen mit mehr als 50 Teilnehmern sind nach wie vor verboten. Hygieneregelungen wie für den Profisport sind im Amateursport nicht realisierbar und nicht finanzierbar.
Die Entscheidung der FIA, die Serie FIA European Autocross Championship 2021 auch mit nur 3 Läufen zuzulassen, ist für alle Driver und Fans ein erster Lichtblick für die 2. Jahreshälfte.
Sobald die Rahmenbedingungen es zulassen, werden wir uns um die Ausrichtung einer Autocrossveranstaltung bewerben.
Bis dahin werden wir unser Kart Slalom- und Youngster-Training wieder aufnehmen und dort auch, wenn wieder möglich, regionale Wettkämpfe organisieren.
Wir wünschen im Namen aller Mitglieder unseres Vereins allen Motorsportfreunden Glück, Gesundheit und Durchhaltevermögen.

48. Int. ADAC Autocross Europameisterschaftslauf Seelow
The board of the motorsport club Seelow e.V. in the ADAC has decided to canceld the FIA Autocross European Championship race on 15/16.05 2021 in Seelow.
After an in-depth assessment of the pandemic situation in Germany and Europe, we consider implementation in May 2021 to be unrealistic. Major events with more than 50 participants are still prohibited. Hygiene regulations such as for professional sports are not feasible and cannot be financed in amateur sport.
The FIA's decision to allow the 2021 FIA European Autocross Championship with only 3 races is a first bright spot for all drivers and fans for the second half of the year.
As soon as the general conditions allow, we will apply to host an autocross event.
Until then, we will resume our kart slalom and youngster training and organize regional competitions there, if possible.
